At around 5 p.m. on July 9th in Charleston, South Carolina, a 19-year-old motorist became lost. He stopped to ask a stranger for directions, but the man instead jumped into the passenger side of the vehicle, produced a 10-inch kitchen knife, and ordered the motorist to drive to another location. He then robbed his frightened victim of jewelry, cash, and a cell phone.
