The new multi-lane machine offers a wide range of pouch sizes and fill volumes available, using a single vertical form/fill/seal machine frame. The machine can typically produce as much as four single-tube vertical machines or inline pouch machines. Exact-o-Pack's servo drives and push-button recipe selection enables product and pouch size changeovers in less than one hour. Automated tracking of film handling minimizes material waste during product changeover.
