MBA enrollment on the rise in Hawaii.(Brief Article)(Statistical Data Included)

Demand for an MBA degree in Hawaii continues to be high, according to data obtained for this week's list of Hawaiibased MBA programs.

Enrollment in the five MBA programs listed show an 8.2 percent increase from year 2000 enrollment. Four out of the five programs show enrollment increases of between three and 75 students.

One school, Chaminade University, was the only one to report a decline in MBA enrollment, down 20 students from 2000 figures.

With the increase in enrollment, tuition costs have also risen, with three schools, University of Hawaii College of Business Administration, University of Phoenix at Hawaii and Chaminade all reporting higher …
