Morrison & Hecker, Stinson Mag merger talks go on.

Two of Kansas City's top law firms are in continuing merger discussions but don't expect to solidify any agreements for atleast several weeks.

Merger discussions between Stinson Mag & Fizzell PC and Morrison & Hecker LLP have surged past preliminary talks and are in the due diligence stage. The firms are working on details and finding an accord on various structural, business and mechanical issues, Mark Foster, managing partner at Stinson Mag.
