Measell Sees MBA as 'Must Go' Show.(Mortgage Bankers Association of America convention)(Mortgage Bankers Association of America convention)(Brief Article)
For Mortgage Dynamics Inc., the annual Mortgage Bankers Association of America convention represents a marketing opportunity and a chance to "touch base" with clients, according to managing director Dan Measell.
The management consulting and outsourcing firm will be an exhibitor at the Toronto convention, where it plans to showcase ComCalc2000, a calculating and accounting system for tracking loan officer commissions.
Mr. Measell, who will attend along with other Mortgage Dynamics employees, said he's attended the MBA convention every year since the company was formed in 1988.
"We consider this to be one of our major marketing efforts for the year, where we get to meet the top people in the industry"
Mr. Measell said. "It's a must."
Among the services Mortgage Dynamics handles for other companies are loan securitization, ARM audits, due diligence reviews, quality control for both lenders and servicers, and investor accounting for mortgage servicers.
