Team Office relies on speed, efficiency to make its one-stop office furniture shop work

As evidenced by the high-energy dance music wafting through its headquarters' openly designed interior, Team Office tries to keep things moving.

The company, which provides office furniture, interior design and facility management; relies on quickness for its livelihood.

Quickness and convenience, that is. Not only can Team Office sell you office furniture, it can design your office layout. The company also is willing to take over management duties to free employees to do more profitable work.

"We don't want people to walk in and say this is another furniture dealership," principal Brad Justice said.

Just another furniture dealership isn't what justice and partner Ron Crabtree had in mind when they went into business in July 1999. Team Office isn't designed to be a furniture store; it's designed to be a partner -- a fast-paced company for fast-paced clients.
