eSoft(TM), Inc. (Nasdaq: ESFT) today announced a partnership with Velocitus(TM) (NYSE: IDA), a leading Internet service provider, to bundle eSoft's InstaGate EX2(TM) with their broadband services.
As part of the agreement, Velocitus will launch the "Velocitus Essential Firewall" package which offers the ability to bundle broadband services with eSoft's InstaGate EX2 Internet security appliance. Velocitus will provide customers with business-class connectivity, webhosting and the Velocitus Essential Firewall on a monthly subscription basis. Customers can now purchase a firewall service, based on the InstaGate EX2, that grows as their business needs grow.
Through eSoft's patent-pending SoftPak Director technology, Velocitus customers can instantly download value-added business applications and services through an easy-to-use, browser-based interface. Developed for small and medium enterprises, the Velocitus Essential Firewall package provides the following features and benefits:
