Saints at Giants
The Saints' game plan usually begins with the running of Ricky Williams, but the pass needs to be this team's best friend during this tough road game in East Rutherford, N.J. The Giants have a daunting run defense, but they are vulnerable to a big-play passing offense. Aaron Brooks, who can keep a play going with his feet, needs to use his arm to expose the New York secondary. A fast start in the passing game by New Orleans will help the ground game. because Williams and the Saints' offensive line can wear down any front four, even one as talented as the Giants'. Speaking of front fours, New York will have its hands full with a stout New Orleans pass rush.
Prediction: Saints 27, Giants 19.
