ISLAMABAD, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - President Pervez Musharraf has issued an ordinance to protect foreign currency accounts (FCA).
According to the Foreign Currency Accounts (Protection) Ordinance, 2001, "no person holding a foreign currency account shall be deprived of his right to hold and operate the foreign currency account."
The FCA holder would not be restricted in any manner, temporarily or permanently, to lawfully sell, withdraw, remit, transfer, or use as security within or outside Pakistan.
