Endeavor Construction knows family values help to keep it strong

David Beiersdorfer started Endeavor Construction six years ago with a shovel in the back of the family station wagon and an office in the basement of his home.

A retired oral surgeon known as "Doc" answered the phones. the company got its feet wet in the residential sector before branching out into commercial work.

Now the private construction company known for its public building projects employs 11 people in a 3,500-square-foot Milford office and 50 people in the field.
