During a fourteen-year career at Lotus Development Corporation, which culminated in the post of executive vice president of worldwide field operations, James played a critical role in the global growth and success of both Lotus 1-2-3 and Lotus Notes and achieved billion dollar revenue objectives while directing a team of more than 4,000 employees. During his tenure at IBM/Lotus, James managed complex reorganizations and consistently maximized opportunities to deliver increased revenue and productivity.
