Vehicles were sold or are currently registered in the following states: Conn., Del., Ill., Ind., Iowa, Ky., Maine, Mass., Md., Mich., Minn., Mo., N.H., N.J., N.Y., Ohio, Pa., R.I., Va., Vt., W.Va., Wis., and the District of Columbia.
What to do: Have Subaru dealer install protective spring guards on front struts and replace any broken springs. Have Ford dealer install protective shields around springs.
