The Lower Colorado River Authority is negotiating to lease more than 60,000 square feet of offices in Southeast Austin.
"It's not a done deal yet," says Greg Grusendorf, a project manager for LCRA. "We're still negotiating a lease."
LCRA is hoping to move into Bergstrom Technology Center, a 268,000-square-foot building at 6800 Burleson Road.
Grusendorf says a primary draw of the project was the close proximity to an existing service center used by LCRA's Transmission and Energy Services Co., or TENSCO, at Montopolis Drive and East Ben White Boulevard.
