Gordon Pietsch Joins Great River Energy as Manager of System Operations.

Great River Energy is proud to announce the addition of Gordon Pietsch to its staff as manager of power system operations in the transmission services division.
"We are very pleased to have Gordy join our team at Great River Energy," said Will Kaul, transmission vice president. "He brings with him a broad industry perspective, and we feel he is one of the leading authorities on the Upper Midwest bulk electric system."
Previously, Pietsch was the director of technical services for MAPPCOR, the service organization of the Mid-Continent Area Power Pool (MAPP), a voluntary association with more than 100 electric industry participants that ensures the region's electric reliability.
