JAKARTA, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - State-owned telecommunications company Indosat (JSX:ISAT) has been granted an ISO 9001:2000 certificate for quality services to the public.
The ISO certificate was presented to Indosat's technical and operations director Garuda Sugardo in Jakarta by Erik Roger, President Director of the Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) International Cerfification Services, in the presence of Post and Telecommunications Director General Djamhari Sirat.
Djamhari Sirat on the occasion hoped other telecommunications enterprises in Indonesia would also work hard to deserve a quality certificate as that given to Indosat.
Meanwhile Garuda Sugardo said actually Indosat has been operating and serving the public according to normal procedures and standards, and even so SGS decided the company ...
