TOKYO, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Japan's machine tool orders tumbled 33.2 per cent in September from a year earlier to 60.16 billion yen ($US493.2 million), the sixth straight month of decline, according to revised figures released Wednesday by the Japan Machine Tool Builders' Association.
The fall is 7.3 percentage points wider than the drop marked in August.
Orders from overseas, which account for nearly half of the total, slumped 35.7 per cent.
