NEW DELHI, Oct 31 Asia Pulse - Indian government cleared a Rs 6.5 billion (US$135.5 million) rail bridge project over the river Ganga near the eastern Indian city of Patna and a Rs 3.5 billion project to improve navigation at Hooghly estuary of eastern Indian port of Calcutta.
