PUERTO PRINCESA CITY-The head of the military's Western Command has misgivings over the Department of Foreign Affairs' pronouncement to release 122 Chinese fishermen who were caught at the Tubbataha Reef in Palawan early this year.

"We cannot let their case pass. They have committed a grave offense, especially because they went to a protected area," Maj. Gen. Manuel Carranza Jr. said.
