The destruction of the World Trade Centre in New York has created an unfortunate backlash of negative responses in many places including the University. In the aftermath, some international students including those who profess the Islamic faith have been the subject of oral and other forms of discrimination. You yourself may have been a victim or witnessed such unpleasantness.
