It actually is a compendium of a staggering array of over 300 "exhibits" -- tables and graphs -- illustrating all kinds of reports to help managers with decision-making, forecasting, and controlling company operations. Each exhibit is followed by a short description of the report's purpose, to whom it could be distributed, how it is used, and what action to take.
