Elder Health, a Baltimore-based health maintenance organization that serves low-income seniors, raised $16 million in a Series F financing round, investors in the company said Thursday, March 27.
Returning existing investors include New Enterprise Associates of Baltimore and Coleman Swenson Booth Inc. and Salix Ventures, both of Nashville. Conning Capital Partners of Hartford, Conn., also participated in the funding, and Michael Aspinwall, a Conning partner, will join Elder Health's board.
