"Nobody is forced to eat at McDonald's," declared U.S. District Judge Robert Sweet. He threw out a class-action lawsuit by two New York girls and their parents charging that the fast-food giant was responsible for their obesity and diabetes, but the saga continues. In his ruling, Sweet suggested that a stronger case against McDonald's would involve proof that its products were dangerously overprocessed. Chicken McNuggets, he said, are "a McFrankestein creation of various elements not utilized by the home cook." ...
