Stand with your feet parallel and hip-width apart, toes facing forward with hands at your hips (1). On an exhale, slowly bend your knees as far as possible but no lower than 90 degrees with thighs parallel to the floor, extending arms in front (2). Your weight should rock back into your heels, and you should be able to wiggle your toes easily. Keeping your abs pulled up and in, drop your tailbone so you don't strain your lower back. Hold for 30 seconds while breathing, then push up to starting position on an inhale and relax. Do five times daily for results in a month.
