Fearless factor: I was at work when a huge tornado ripped through town. As I heard it getting closer, I ran out to the parking lot and rounded up the parents who were there to pick up their children. I got everyone inside and into the tornado safety position--sitting on the floor with their heads between their knees. The kids--and some of the parents--were crying. It was really scary, but I kept my cool.
Fun factor: Last spring, I went to Jamaica and fulfilled my lifelong dream of swimming with dolphins. It was everything I had hoped for. They're gentle but also incredibly powerful. It was so rewarding.
