Gr 7-12--The Opposing Viewpoints series of books, published by Greenhaven, which is part of the Gale Group, has been a valuable tool for students doing reports on some of the thornier issues facing modern society. Now Gale Group has created the Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center, an online database that takes the series beyond the page with added features like weekly opinion polls and weekly spotlights on topical issues. While not all of the books were included at the launch of this database, more will be added as time goes on.
