AIRPLAY COMMENTARY
It is fairly rare for tracks to top the airplay chart prior to commercial release, rarer still for them to subsequently relinquish their leadership of the chart while still on promo. But that is what Kelly Rowland's Stole does this week. After exploding 11-1 last week, Rowland slips to number two, despite the fact that Stole increases both its audience (from 67.65m to 69.30m) and its plays tally (from 2,065 to 2,350). Ironically, even as it loses pole position overall, Stole advances 4-1 on the basis of plays alone.
