TBWA/London has hired Tony McTear, the art director behind Levi's 'twisted' campaign, from Bartle Bogle Hegarty.
McTear will report to Trevor Beattie, the chairman and creative director of the agency. McTear will initially be paired with the copywriter Paula Marcantonio.
McTear's first brief is likely to be on Adidas. He has also been earmarked to work across a range of accounts including Hutchison's third-generation mobile network, 3, Sony PlayStation and Five.
During his eight-year tenure at BBH, McTear produced spots including the 'Bruce Lee' execution for Levi's and the launch film for Club Med, 'everybody's talking'.
