Richard "Dickie" Hone, who was free on release pending trial on more than 30 counts of phone harassment and other charges, was arrested Thursday in Florida after authorities say he violated conditions of his release from New Mexico by continuing to make harassing calls to a number of people and threatening his mother, who had posted bond for him.

Hone, the former housemate of ousted Albuquerque Metro Court Judge Barbara Brown, was scheduled for a hearing in Socorro on Feb. 17 on 39 charges related to incidents that occurred in Albuquerque in late 2001, …
