New Year's CTO resolutions

I'M NOT A CTO yet, but Chad Dickerson's column on New Year's resolutions for CTOs certainly fit nicely with what I need to do(see "Let the resolutions roll"). The only resolution Dickerson has listed that I don't need to do is the housecleaning. I learned long ago that I have to keep my desk cleaned off to keep from getting buried.
