You probably know that antioxidants help prevent breast cancer, but research shows that phytochemicals (natural plant chemicals found in some fruits and veggies) have their own protective breast benefits. A new study found that women who loaded up on foods like broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, and blueberries were half as likely to develop breast cancer than those who skimped on them.
