Fearless factor: "I am in a field with few women because I want to make a difference. As a contractor, I have the experience to educate women so they'll know if someone is trying to rip them off. Soon, I'm launching a line of tools and car-safety kits that are ergonomically tailored for a woman's hands. Now women won't have to call a man to fix something--they'll be able to do it themselves."
Fun factor: "I love to go off-roading in my banged-up Range Rover. I get in, blast my music, and go for it. All the stress I've built up during the week just disappears. It's the biggest adrenaline rush."
