Kibris'ta tarih oncesinden gunumuze kadin.(women, social status and turkish culture)
Ozet
Bu makalede kibris'ta caglar boyu yasayan kadinin evrimi Ada'nin kultur mirasi kapsaminda bilinen bulgular isiginda ele alinacak ve sosyal yasamina ait ilginc yonleri ortaya konmaya calisilacaktir.
Kibris'ta 9000 yildan beri suregelen insan yasaminda kadinin toplumdaki paylasimci yeri inkar edilemez. Ancak bir tarih yazilacak olsa, yazili kayanaklarin azligi nedeniyle isimleri sir gibi kalmis kadinlarin yasami irdelendiginde neredyse 7000 yillik bir kesiti sadece arkeolojik kazilar sonucu ortaya cikan bulgulara dayandigi gorulmektedir. Diger 2000 yillik bir surec ise yazili bilgi kirinhlari yaninda etnografik eserlere ve halkbilimi calismalarina dayanmaktadir.
Bu calismada Turk kadininin ozellikle bugunki cagdas yasama hangi asamalardan gecerek geldigi irdelenmesi hedeflenmisse de, daha yararh olacagi dusuncesiyle evrensel kultur mirasi kapsaminda genelde Kibris kadini ele alinmishr. Hatta gercetke Orta Doug ulkelerindeki dadinin ve dolayisi ile evrensel boyutta kadinin evriminden hic de farkli olmadigi yansitilmistir.
Kadinin incelenmesinde sanat eserleri ornek alinmis, seyahatnameler tatanmislir. Kibris kadini ile ilgili sanat eserlerinin kimileri KKTC muzelerinde, ancak cogunlugu ise baska ulkelerdeki muzelerde yer almaktadir. Bu santa eserleri isiginda ozellikle antik donemlerde yasayan Kibrisli kadinin fiziki yapisi, dini inanclari, toplum ve aile icindeki yeri ve onemi, ekonomiye katkisi ile kismeen giysileri, takilari, suslenmesi (1) ile ilgili yorumlar getirilmeye calisilmistir.
