Polydor is hoping to capitalise on its strategy of pairing Ronan Keating with local artists in European markets to drive his international album sales past 1m following the singer's first breakthrough in the French chart with If Tomorrow Never Comes.
The single was propelled 20-9 in the market's sales chart and went Top 10 at radio last week, boosted by an appearance on M6's Star Academy, the French version of Fame Academy, and radio support from the NRJ network.
Now Polydor plans to release a duet of I Love It When We Do, recorded with France's Cecilia Cara earlier in the summer, as a follow-up single.
