THREE weeks have passed since Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo issued an ultimatum to a housing developer and owners of the land surrounding Taman Hillview. On Nov 27, he had announced that the developer and owners have been given two weeks to decide whether or not to collectively develop their respective land.
