Credit/Collections Specialist
Well-established food manufacturer is seeking a bi-lingual Credit/Collections Specialist who can speak fluent French. Position will be responsible for portfolio of accounts receivable for Canadian subsidiary. Must have ability to issue credit lines, monitor order release, make collection calls and reconcile accounts. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with accounting emphasis or other business discipline, minimum 3 years' credit and collections experience, good computer skills and the ability to speak French required. Must work with management at all levels, good negotiating skills essential. Great benefits and salary to $35K.
Assistant Credit Manager
Waste management company is looking for an Assistant Credit Manager. Position will assist in managing the billing and credit and collections operations, as well as be responsible for filing mechanic and materials liens, lien notices, maintaining all commercial accounts, reviewing loan applications and supervising a small staff. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience and a supervisory background. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Starting salary is $36K plus 20% quarterly bonus.

Position is 50% collection calls and customer interaction; remainder revolves around documenting, problem solving, interacting with sales department, writing reports, making adjustments and reviewing credit applications. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 5 years' commercial collection experience; CCE preferred. Must demonstrate strong problem solving skills, express customer goodwill and be very articulate. Ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Salary range to $40K.
