Mr. L. E. S. Sarbah has been elected the Cape Coast Constituency chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) at a well-attended delegates congress held at the Central Regional GNAT Conference Hall here last weekend.

Mr. Sarbah polled 53 votes as against Mr. Peter Stephen Whyter, who pulled 31 votes with 22 votes difference between them, Miss. Cecilia Koufie 15, Mr. Frank Hutchful, a former constituency chairman, pulled eight votes, while Mr. Moses Amoah Ampah polled only three votes.
