SYED Ahmad Syed Salim wears three hats and faces many challenges. As CEO of Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd or Eraman, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd, which operates duty-free and non-duty- free outlets and manages food and beverage outlets at KLIA, he also heads the KL International Airport (KLIA) shopping steering committee and new retail development at KLIA.
