While lower court decisions--many of which are useful sources for company and industry intelligence--are still a hit-or-miss proposition when it comes to locating them on the Internet, the opposite is now true for higher court decisions. The compilation below consists of links to state supreme court and appeals court decisions. Where two links are shown for a given state, the first points you to supreme court decisions, while the second steers you to appeals court decisions. Where a single link is shown, the source either only provides supreme court decisions or is a single source for both levels of state higher courts. Where the service is provided by other than a government body, the sponsor organization's name is shown beneath the link.
