ATHENS -- Greek closed-end investment fund Euroline is set to go public from Nov. 18 to 22.
This will make it the 24th fund to list on the Athens bourse's main market, Euroline said Nov. 18. The price range for the initial public offering was set at [Euro]2.05 to [Euro]2.08 ($2.06 to $2.09) per share. The lead underwriter is Agricultural Bank. Euroline will offer the public 765,600 new common bearer shares, with a par value of [Euro]2.93. The bourse's investment company index has slightly outperformed the benchmark share index so far this year. It has lost 28% versus the benchmark's 29% slide. (Reuters)
TOKYO -- A Japanese operator of broiled-meat restaurant chains, Amiyaki Tei Co., has received approval to list Dec. 18 on the second section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, according to an announcement Nov. 18 from the TSE.
