In his three years as artistic director of the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, the American-born florist Jeff Leatham, 31, has filled the lobby with a tropical rain forest, a cloud of rare Thai butterflies floating above fuchsia roses and a group of six-foot orchids sculpted out of resin, spewing an assortment of other flowers. "Hopefully, it makes you stop," says Leatham. "Flowers are sexy, emotional and can make a difference in your day." In his new book, "Flowers by Jeff Leatham," published by Filipacchi, he reveals the secrets of his dramatic arrangements. "Always keep your flowers clean, simple and chic," advises Leatham. "If you stick with those three words when arranging flowers, you can never go wrong." Other tips:
