Fearless factor: As a successful headhunter, I'd been pulling in the bucks but I wasn't happy. I wanted to do something more rewarding, so I started a matchmaking company. I began with no capital or investors, but now my company is doing amazingly well. And there's nothing more satisfying than creating blissful couples!

Fun factor: Recently, I took two rugged vacations--a rock-climbing trip in Utah and a hiking trip in California. I met a British woman who's twice my age, but we clicked immediately and became instant friends. I already have plans to visit her in London.
