2002 NOV 6 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- The nation is better prepared to deal with the public health threat of biological terrorism due to the efforts of Franek Technologies, Inc., the leader in Category III-3 Laboratory Protection Systems (LPS/UPS).

By teaming with the U.S. Army and public health departments nationwide, working on AdvaMed's Medical Technology Preparedness Working Group, and developing educational tools for laboratories, Franek's expertise is a required critical safeguard in our nation's laboratories against power fluctuations and failure that can paralyze their ability to reliably detect biohazard agents in air, food, soil, and mail.
