Equal Exchange, a fair-trade coffee company, has introduced Equal Exchange Organic Hot Cocoa, certified by TransFair USA, a certifying organization that monitors labor conditions and prices paid to farmers. The organic cocoa is grown and supplied by Conacado, a cooperative of farmers in the Dominican Republic.
