Felker plans Fountain Hills project
Despite the war in the Middle East, Felker & Associates has decided to proceed with its plans for a master-planned community in Fountain Hills known as Los Altos Hills.
The 497.5-acre property, which straddles the Fountain Hills, Scottsdale and Salt River-Pima-Maricopa Indian Community boundaries, is being planned to include an 18-hole public golf course, a 500-room resort, 14.5 acres of commercial development and more than 1,100 residential units.
