Mountain View, Calif. -- A wireless AppleTalk networking technology has provoked a lawsuit between T/BD Associates Inc. of Princeton, N.J., and Agilis Corp., based here.
Filed in April, the suit centers on an agreement between T/BD principal Michael Plotnick and Agilis over rights to the technology. Plotnick (a former employee and co-inventor of the Agilis spread-spectrum radio networks) and his partner transferred the technology to Agilis when they joined the company in 1988.
