Mountain View, Calif. -- A wireless AppleTalk networking technology has provoked a lawsuit between T/BD Associates Inc. of Princeton, N.J., and Agilis Corp., based here.
Filed in April, the suit centers on an agreement between T/BD principal Michael Plotnick and Agilis over rights to the technology. Plotnick (a former employee and co-inventor of the Agilis spread-spectrum radio networks) and his partner transferred the technology to Agilis when they joined the company in 1988.
Plotnick, who left Agilis in January, filed suit to get court clarification of his rights to use the technology at his new venture, claiming that a ...
