Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories Ltd. has unveiled plans for a new $10 million pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in northwest Detroit's Research Park, near the Lodge Freeway and West Grand Boulevard. BEI Associates of Detroit will design and engineer the new complex, which will occupy four acres of a 10-acre plot, with six additional acres adjoining the property for expansion.
