Visiting and vacationing are a natural way of life for us mobile Americans: jumping into the car, heading away for the weekend -- to a cabin, the shore, the mountains, the kids' house to see the grandkids' newest feats.
Yet, once heart disease enters the picture, what was normal feels monumental. Vacation times, once eagerly anticipated and planned for, are fraught with fears and concerns.
