Court approves National Realty settlement deal

REDWOOD CITY - More than 20,000 shareholders in one of the country's largest publicly-traded real estate partnerships last week received court approval on a settlement which could net them up to $168 million during the next five years.

San Mateo County Superior Court Judge Thomas Jenkins June 29 approved an inovative settlement in a class action law suit between National Realty Limited Partnership and its stockholders, which could be the basis for other limited partnership settlements.
