SHHH... DON'T TELL ANYONE ABOUT THE G35. If the public ever gets wind of what a great car this is, there will be one in every driveway.

EXCELLENT BALANCE BETWEEN A SPORTS car and highway cruiser. Gas mileage is disappointing. This is my first experience with manu-matic shifting, which is slow but useful when having fun on a back road to the beach. At first, I did not think it was as sharp as the BMW or Acura, but I prefer it now. Inside, the legroom is cramped, seats are a lit-tle narrow. The reflection of the gauges in the windshield at night is bothersome and the plastic over the dials has reflections on it. But wonderful overall.
ED ERBENTRAUT, Novato, Calif.
I HESITATED TO BUY THE NAV, BUT AM glad I plunked down the $2,000. It takes all the stress out of finding a new address. I compared it to BMW's 3 Series (too expensive), Lexus' IS 300 (ambiguous) and ES 300 (ugly), and Acura's TL (zzzz!).
