Grey Worldwide has picked Richard Bagnall-Smith, the former Wunderman Cato Johnson managing director, to fill a newly created role spearheading the network's pan-European new-business drive.
His appointment changes the current emphasis on promoting Grey offices in each country as potential entry points for multinational advertisers entering the network.
